6 Ways Life Is Better with Grab

Because it’s hard enough out there for a commuter

10 days in and everyone is still reeling in the aftershock of the Uber suspension. While the shift in demand may be good for its competitors, this sudden jolt in the TNVS industry is taking a toll on everyone on all sides.

Yesterday, Grab CEO and co-founder Anthony Tan and Grab Philippines Country Head Brian Cu took the time to reach out to both the customers of the ride-hailing platform and the drivers signed on with them. They assure customers that the grand inconveniences they’re experiencing right now are opportunities for improvement on their end. For one, they’re working harder to get feedback in order to hear out aggrieved riders: One pressing concern they’re addressing right off the bat? Drivers who cancel. Cu explains that Grab is taking the necessary measures (bans and suspensions) to manage drivers who frequently cancel on riders.
