What Sneakers To Wear This Summer
Time to get your summer wish list out because these sneakers are must-haves
While now might be the perfect time for sandals, flip-flops and pedicures, there is no denying that sneaks are the go-to when you want comfort, function and style. Fortunately for us, there are options that will still work the season.
adidas EQT Support ADV
The adidas EQT Support ADV has its roots on the 90s Equipment running shoes, so you know that comfort and lightweight material is at its core. But its redesign and color options make it perfect summer, too.
The shoe was even featured in adidas’ new Originals Is Never Finished campaign, which featured visionaries from all industries like art, skate, music and sports. Snoop Dogg even worked on a remix of Frank Sinatra’s classic My Way.
Converse Chuck Taylor All Star II
Speaking of remixing originals, Converse did well with its Chuck Taylor All Star II. It’s reminiscent of the classic design, but is now cleaner and the alterations made inside have completely changed the game. The sock liner is more lightweight and its cushioning, softer and more responsive. Plus, the solid hues are an easy way to add a pop color to any summer outfit.
Nike Roshe Two iD
Nike’s Roshe line is another classic, but the Roshe Two iD has three layers of cushioning for optimal comfort. It also has a soft underfoot that is breathable and a stretchy upper that molds to your foot for the perfect fit. And let’s face it, it’s kind of adorable.
It may not be as popular a brand, but Hummel’s Crosslite deserves attention. It’s perfect for everyday wear because of its shock absorbent EVA outsole. The mesh is great for breathability as well, which is a must for the heat-heavy months ahead.
Choose comfort this summer, ladies! Choose the sneakers.
